01 — Diagnosis before prescription

Week one I audit, I listen to sales calls, I interview your best customers. I tell you what's actually broken — not what you asked me to fix and not what's easiest to sell. The SCAN exists specifically so you can get a written diagnosis before committing to a longer engagement.

02 — Built to hand over from day one

I document as I build. Playbooks, templates, CRM setups, content frameworks — everything is written for the person who runs it after I leave. The system works without me from day one. That's not a feature; it's the point.

03 — Embedded, not outsourced

Build & activate

Final month
Train & hand over
