The story

I build systems. Not slide decks.

After 25 years in B2B marketing — from Accenture's global consulting teams to fast-scaling SaaS companies like Tyk — I've seen the same pattern everywhere: smart companies with great products, stuck because they don't have a marketing engine. Not a strategy. An engine.

The difference matters. Strategy without execution is fiction. Execution without strategy is noise. A revenue engine is both — built, operational, and running without depending on any single person.

In 2022 I decided to stop being inside one company at a time and start building revenue engines for multiple B2B companies at once. RUTTENS+ is the result: a fractional CMO practice built around the RUTTENS+ OS — five clear solutions, seven GTM pillars, and a very direct approach to what's broken and how to fix it.
